REFUND POLICY
Home Beauty Cabin by Andre Sayer does not offer refunds for treatments that have been received or for products that have been opened or used after purchase.
If you change your mind about a treatment package within 30 days of purchase and no sessions have been redeemed, we are happy to offer one of the following:
* An exchange for another treatment or product of equal value.
* A clinic credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
If a permanent change in your health prevents you from completing a prepaid course of treatments, a partial refund may be considered. Any refund granted will be subject to deductions for treatments already received, calculated at the standard single-session treatment price.
Suitable medical evidence must be provided to support your request. All medical information will be treated with the strictest confidence.

CLIENT CONDUCT POLICY
We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable and professional environment for all clients and staff.
Home Beauty Cabin by Andre Sayer reserves the right to refuse, discontinue or terminate treatment if a client’s behaviour is considered inappropriate, abusive, aggressive, threatening or otherwise unacceptable.
Where a prepaid course of treatments has been purchased, any remaining balance may be refunded, less the value of treatments already redeemed at the standard single-session rate. Any approved refund will be processed within 28 days.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs. This does not apply to prescribed medications disclosed during your consultation.
For health and safety reasons:
* Children must not be left unattended on the premises.
* Children are not permitted in treatment rooms during appointments.
* We strongly recommend arranging childcare before attending your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Treatment Courses
* Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of one treatment session from your course.
* Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in the loss of that session.
Single Appointments
* Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
* Failure to attend without notice may result in the full treatment fee being charged.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future bookings requiring payment in advance.

LIABILITY POLICY
Home Beauty Cabin by Andre Sayer accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential or financial loss arising from the provision of treatments, services or products.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date medical information before each treatment. We cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions or treatment outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, medications or other relevant information.
Skin Conditions & Infections
For your safety, treatments cannot be performed on areas affected by active skin infections, including but not limited to cold sores, fungal infections, bacterial infections or other contagious conditions.
Treatment may resume once the condition has completely cleared.
Home Beauty Cabin by Andre Sayer cannot be held responsible for missed appointments or delays caused by such conditions.
Treatment Preparation
Clients must arrive with the treatment area clean and free from:
* Makeup
* Deodorant
* Perfume
* Fake tan
* Oils, lotions or skincare products
While practitioners will cleanse the area before treatment, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of product residue that may remain within the skin and potentially contribute to adverse reactions.
Where shaving is required prior to treatment, clients are responsible for ensuring the treatment area is adequately shaved. If the area has not been properly prepared, the practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment or reschedule the appointment.

TREATMENT POLICY
Home Beauty Cabin by Andre Sayer provides a range of aesthetic, laser and beauty treatments. Whilst all treatments are performed with the utmost care and professionalism, individual results cannot be guaranteed.
Treatment outcomes vary between clients due to factors including age, lifestyle, medical history, hormones, genetics, skin condition, compliance with aftercare advice and other factors beyond our control.
Consultation & Suitability
All clients are required to complete a consultation and medical questionnaire before treatment.
The clinic reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe or where contraindications are identified.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical information before every appointment.
Right to Refuse Treatment
Home Beauty Cabin by Andre Sayer reserves the right to refuse, discontinue or postpone any treatment where it is considered not to be in the client’s best interests, where treatment is deemed unsafe, where contraindications are present, or where unrealistic expectations have been expressed.
Practitioners reserve the right to decline treatment if they believe the desired outcome cannot be achieved safely or if proceeding may compromise the client’s health, wellbeing or treatment results.
Any decision to refuse treatment will always be made with client safety as the primary consideration.
Patch Testing
Where required, a patch test must be completed prior to treatment.
Patch tests remain valid for 6 months provided there have been no changes to medical history, medications, skin condition, pregnancy status or sun exposure.
Failure to attend a required patch test may result in treatment being postponed and cancellation charges may apply.
Medical Changes
Clients must inform the clinic immediately of any changes to:
* Medical conditions
* Medications
* Pregnancy status
* Breastfeeding status
* Hormonal treatments
* Skin conditions
* Recent cosmetic procedures
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment safety and outcomes. Home Beauty Cabin by Andre Sayer accepts no liability for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical information.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Certain treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
Clients who become pregnant during a course of treatments should notify the clinic immediately. Remaining treatments may be postponed until it is considered safe to resume treatment.
Course Expiry
Treatment packages and courses must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unused sessions remaining after the expiry period may be forfeited at the discretion of Home Beauty Cabin by Andre Sayer.
Results Disclaimer
Whilst many treatments provide excellent results, no guarantee can be given regarding:
* The number of treatments required
* The degree of improvement achieved
* The longevity of results
* Individual healing times
Results vary from person to person.
Pre & Post Treatment Care
Clients agree to follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions provided by Home Beauty Cabin by Andre Sayer.
Failure to follow these instructions may compromise results and increase the risk of complications. Home Beauty Cabin by Andre Sayer cannot be held responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to adhere to professional advice.
Clinical Photography
Clinical photographs may be taken before, during and after treatment for treatment monitoring, insurance purposes and client records.
No images will be used for marketing, social media or promotional purposes without separate written consent from the client.
Data Protection & Privacy
Client information, consultation records, medical history, treatment notes and photographs will be stored securely and processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Personal information will only be used for treatment, administration, legal and insurance purposes and will never be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
Sun Exposure & Skin Preparation
Where applicable, clients must avoid excessive sun exposure, sunbeds, fake tan and self-tanning products before and after treatment as advised by their practitioner.
Treatments may be postponed if the skin is unsuitable due to tanning, sunburn or failure to follow pre-treatment instructions.
Cancellation charges may apply where treatment cannot proceed due to inadequate preparation.

LASER HAIR REMOVAL
The only scientifically recognised method of permanent hair removal is electrolysis. Laser Hair Removal is clinically proven to provide significant long-term hair reduction.
Treatment outcomes vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Hair grows in cycles and multiple sessions are required to achieve optimal results.
Clients agree to attend treatments at the intervals recommended by their practitioner. Failure to follow the recommended schedule may negatively impact treatment outcomes.
Most clients will require maintenance treatments following completion of their course. Maintenance treatments may be required every 3–6 months depending on individual hair growth patterns, hormonal influences, lifestyle factors and treatment area.
Everyone’s physiology, hormones and endocrine system are unique. For this reason, Home Beauty Cabin by Andre Sayer cannot guarantee or accurately predict the exact number of sessions required to achieve long-term hair reduction.

MICRONEEDLING, CHEMICAL PEELS & ADVANCED FACIALS
Microneedling, chemical peels and advanced facial treatments work by stimulating the skin’s natural repair and regeneration processes.
Clients may experience temporary redness, dryness, peeling, flaking, sensitivity, mild swelling or temporary breakouts following treatment.
Multiple treatments may be required to achieve optimal results.
Results vary depending on skin type, age, lifestyle, medical history, skincare routine and adherence to aftercare advice.

HIFU TREATMENTS
High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) treatments stimulate collagen production and skin tightening beneath the skin’s surface.
Results develop gradually and may continue to improve for up to 6 months following treatment.
The number of treatments required and results achieved vary between individuals.
Additional treatments or maintenance sessions may be recommended to achieve desired outcomes.

For beauty treatments including facials, waxing, tinting, lash treatments, brow treatments and other aesthetic services, results and longevity vary between individuals.

TREATMENT SATISFACTION POLICY
Whilst every effort is made to achieve the best possible outcome, aesthetic, laser and beauty treatments are not an exact science and results may vary between individuals.
Clients acknowledge that treatment results are subjective and that dissatisfaction with a result alone does not automatically entitle the client to a refund, complimentary treatment, additional treatment or compensation.
Home Beauty Cabin by Andre Sayer will always endeavour to address any concerns fairly and professionally. Any concerns regarding treatment outcomes should be raised as soon as possible so that appropriate advice, support and aftercare can be provided.
Individual treatment results are influenced by many factors including age, genetics, hormones, lifestyle, medical history, medications, skin type, adherence to aftercare instructions and treatment suitability.
By proceeding with treatment, clients acknowledge that no guarantee of specific results has been made or implied.

By booking an appointment and receiving treatment with Home Beauty Cabin by Andre Sayer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, Treatment Policies and Client Agreement.
Home Beauty Cabin by Andre Sayer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request.
